This is well worth the stop in Downtown Anamosa. The volunteer was full of information about Grant Wood and the area. Just a simple little stop.

The gallery is small but the man I spoke with that was running it at the time was very knowledgeable and was very helpful with offering suggestions on other sites and things to do in the area

The docent in this gallery was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Grant Wood. Theis center does not have original Grant Wood artwork, just prints. The reason to visit is for the extremely knowledgeable staff.
