We went there for the day. I was impressed with the plants and trees and shrubs and the flowers. I had traveled in the tropical areas of Latin America and had never seen such diversity of the plants and flowers.

So much to see here. It was beautiful. My only regret is that we did not allow enough time to really enjoy it and walk some of the trails. We were in a hurry and went straight to the falls and back (with a small...More

You'll love the gardens. The part we liked the best was encountering local people along the route who shared their culture and crafts. Waterfalls was nice but gardens and cultural experience were outstanding. Take a tour with a botanist. We lucked into the tail end...More

Very peaceful. The walk to the falls is not difficult. Definitely bring water. I saw people in flip flops but glad I had tennis shoes on to make the walk more enjoyable.

We simply loved this stop off on our tour of Oahu. The gardens and grounds were breathtaking. We didn't swim in the waterfall pool, but enjoyed watching others have a great time. The gift shop was great and I only regret not buying more. Highly...More

Easy walk through the gardens that represents many different continents. Well maintained in its natural state, not highly manicured, thankfully. The waterfall at the end of the trail is a beautiful site. Don't miss the shop which carries excellent quality gifts for the folks back...More

Before you enter, there is a very small eatery. Their fries are excellent!
