This was a nice place to stop and stretch your legs. This is one of the few stops with restrooms. We didn’t swim here because I don’t know how safe it is.

My wife and I stopped off at the Pua'a Ka'a State Park to see the waterfalls on a cruise ship excursion along the Hana Highway from Kahului to Hana and back. There are proper restrooms by the highway here (although you will probably need to...More

This park is nice, has bathrooms, as little swimming holes but not too many people in them. There are tables, some parking and waterfalls. Mile marker 21. One of the first major stops but still only takes 20 minutes. We had a couple bites from...More

We went in July. It was a little cloudy and the water was a little cold but refreshing. Not very crowded.

The state park has facilities but definitely no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. The waterfalls are easy to get to and a nice swim. Eat our picnic lunch here! So peaceful. Don't forget your bug spray though!

Beautiful water falls that you can swim in, on the road to Hana. Restroom facilities are across the road, but they smelled like they perhaps had non-flush toilets. There are a few parking spots near the restrooms. Near the falls, they have a few covered...More

Near mile marker 22.5 on Hana Road. You cannot miss this place because it is a real park with restrooms, parking and picnic tables. There are a couple of small falls near the road but if you walk up the stairs and to the end...More

So surprised to find this little double waterfall right along the highway. There are bathrooms and a few picnic tables. It's easy to wade into the small pools for a refreshing dip. I was sorry I wasn't wearing a swimsuit, but I did sit on...More

If you're on the Road to Hana, this is an obvious stop because of the bathrooms. They're not clean, but they're not squatting in the woods either. The smaller waterfalls here are pretty and offer and nice spot to stop and stretch your legs. We...More
