Not crowded - they keep it small so go early! You can try public parking or go in via the hotel. Grab a meal, bring your own umbrella and chairs, and just chill.

Peaceful classic Aloha HAWAII! My fav beach on the planet! Nice place to taje a walk and also enjoy fresh Poke with Taro chips at the Mauna Kea hotel

Beautiful beach that's not crowded. We made sure to get there early so that we were guaranteed entry. Water is so clear..could see my feet in waist deep water.

Great beach to visit, not much parking if are not staying at the hotel. Lots of coral and fish to see if you are snorkeling on either side of the bay. You can visit Hapuna Beach State Park (lots of public parking) another great beach...More
