Spent three nights there and loved walking up and down the village, eating fresh fish (and chatting with the fisherman who caught it) and feeling the sundown breeze. A very happy, friendly place. I would avoid the Hotel Kayla and look to rent a house...More

Very laid back and affordable compared to Utila town. There are a few shops and restaurants, Cay View was really nice to sit.

The Utila Cays, what a pretty little place with 'ginger bread' wooden houses sorounded by turquoise water. The first settlement and fishing community is a must see when in Utila. Take a water taxi from Utila town and check it out is only 25 min...More

We went to the water keys for Christmas Eve with a big group of people. The water is amazing. The islands are small and doesn’t have a lot of amenities unless you are on the main island. Go prepared!
