On our drive through Guatemala City we came across this plaza and it has a small garden area with a statue, fountain in the middle in honour of King Carlos 111 if Spain. Apparently it is a safe place Foran ending strolling week lit.

Not a lot to see here. A monument in the center of a roundabout. Right near the airport so you will not have to go out of your way to see it.

Wide open space in the city centre, surrounding by imposing architecture. Definitely a good spot to rest and people watch in the sunshine.

We recommended this place specially on night, the lights of the monument are fantastic and some couples came to pass time together. Nice views
