They sponsor many acivities and events for all ages year round, including excellent movies/popcorn in earlyi evening. Workshops include Investing, computer, music seminars and reading programs for adults and the youth. for children,

LOVE, LOVE this place! a great quiet escape with LOTS to do. check out the classes and new maker space. kids area would make any kid want to read!

This library has everything that you want to know about the Roaring Fork Valley and much, much more. The staff is extremely helpful, whether or not you live in Aspen. Highly recommended.

For a town our size, the Pitkin County Library exceeds all expectations. It has been updated to accommodate comfortable seating, a meeting room with audio/visual and a wide range of materials. Recommended of course for residents, but visitors will benefit from the knowledge gained here...More

For a relatively small town Aspen has a very large and sophisticated library where there are books, film, music, lectures, and exhibitions. A wonderful place to visit if the weather is not conducive to being out of doors.
