This is how Disneyland came to be. Walt was watching his daughters ride a carrousel. And this one is such a lovely one. How wonderful that it is being cared for so well.

Based on King Arthur and the round table. This carousel has a decent line at the best of times. Seat belts on the horses are not as loose as when we were kids riding, but we still enjoy riding along to the Disney movie music...More

My two year old's loves carousel's so of course, when he saw this one, we had to ride. I like it because it is very well taken care of and there are foot rests for children as well as adults on the horses. Its also...More

located in the heart of Fantasyland. Our granddaughter cannot get enough of this attraction. Just be warned that Fantasyland is the mecca for young children and is always very crowded. So, bring your patience with you when you visit. The carrousel features hand carved horses...More

Featuring the theme of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, the King Arthur Carrousel featured 68 beautiful hand carved white horses and, my favorite, 1 park bench. Even sitting on the bench, this carrousel ride make me queasy, so one ride is...More

Every inch of this thing is impeccably cared for. This can be called the reason Disneyland exists. Do your Homework, and that will make more sense. It was moved many years ago so Fantasyland could be reworked, you would never know because it feel like...More

I have an appreciation for the carrousel as art. Seriously, many carousels are true works of art. They evoke Coney Island in the 1890s for me. This one has some interesting aspects and is gorgeous. It is also large on size, four horses deep. This...More

Great ride for small children, but it took forever to unload and reload. Even after everyone was off, it was another 5 minutes before they let the next group load. We were on our horses at least 5 minutes before the short ride began. Efficiency...More

This is one of my very favorite alternative photo spots in all of the park. The pictures of my son on the carrousel horses each trip are a treasure, and a great marker of how much he has grown. The carrousel is so fancy and...More

We rode the carousel a few times over the 2 days we were in Disneyland including once at night. This is a classic ride for all ages. The line is usually fairly quick.
