Adventure City is a great little theme park. It has about 17 rides, a game room, areas for Birthday parties, a petting zoo and once a year, for several nights, they put on Boo-Tastic, a must for kids who don't want scary and just want a lot of Halloween fun.

For Adventure City you can easily get tickets on line. For Boo-Tastic, get those tickets on line about a month in advance because it always sells out. Unlike the other big parks in the area, they do not pack everyone in so they can make every penny on the backs of miserable parents and kids waiting in line for an hour or more to get on a ride. Here they sell just so many tickets and that is that. We have been 3 times and the wait for any ride is never more than 10 minutes and the toddler rides, there are a couple just for them, don't have lines.

Adventure City never gets to crowded, but I do suggest Sunday as the lightest day to go.

The service there is great and all the staff is super friendly and just wants you to have fun.

I do wish they would improve their food selection. What they have is okay, but not great.

You will love this place so have fun.

Adventure City is a nice, albeit small theme park in Anaheim, near Disneyland. There are maybe 17 rides, most for younger kids. There is one or two roller coasters, neither too big.

They have a place for Birthday parties and a game room.

The employees are very nice and know their job. They are helpful and know the park very well.

The prices are very reasonable and you should buy your tickets on line through their web site. Sometimes, you must use their website as you can not always buy at the gate. They have small discounts for seniors and military.

We have been several times. We always had fun. This time, however, they clearly over sold the park and the lines were up to an hour for their little roller coaster. It was 92 degrees and there is no place to find shade. There is an outdoor place to eat and there are outdoor tables with umbrellas, but there are not enough. On the day we were there, no place to sit could be found anywhere. It was just packed.

The heat was not escapable at all. We stayed an hour and had to leave because my grandson and I were getting sick from the heat. They really need to be careful not to over sell the park. It makes for a miserable experience.

We will go back when it is much cooler and off season. It is a cute place.

My two granddaughters 9 and 12 and I visited for end of summary activity. We left with a very enjoyable experience from friendly workers, clean grounds, good variety of food and snacks. The environment was very safe feeling, did not hear one word of foul language. There were a few summer camps there with very young camp guides who were very impressive with the care of their campers. Highly recommend for an affordable day outing.

This place if you have kids from say 1 to 12 is the best, its only 26 bucks in, there are unlimited rides, no queues, its clean well run and not a rip off. We brought our 1 and a half year old and she absolutely loved it. We spent about 2 and half hours there, there are plenty of places to take shade and sit down, park the buggy and toilets etc. we thought it was a perfect size for kids, you can let them loose as it’s not a big area, and then there are 2 roller coasters and a drop ride for the Tweenies, we went on the rollercoaster (minus the baby) and it was really good. There is also a small animal petting area where the kids can brush goats and a pig and there are chickens. Also there is free parking. We liked this place so much we went twice in the same week. Cannot fault it 10/10.

Worst theme park I’ve ever been to. Extremely long times, even with the gene pass. We we’re able to ride 6 rides all day. From 10:00 am-9:30pm. Way to expensive. The park was very clean & staff were friendly. But still wouldn’t do it again! Drove the hour to Santa Monica Pier! Rode rides over 30 times. And it only cost $50 for unlimited!

Adventure City is just the best little theme park in Southern California. The people that work there are so kind and helpful. The place is spotless and I don't know how they do that with all the kids.

There are plenty of bathrooms, and all are super clean. There is not a ton of food there so maybe eat before.

We have been before. This time we went to their Halloween event. They were open for most of October at night and on a week night--they are usually not open late on weeknights. It was wonderful. It was a great price. You just go to their website and buy on line.

The staff is dressed up and they have trick or treating for the kids. All the rides are dressed up for the holiday and the whole experience is just the best. Adventure City is not something for adults without kids. Most of the rides are for 13 and under, but anyone can go on them. They do have a big coaster which is the best.

You will love this place. Have the best time.

It's a great park for young children - even toddlers will enjoy it! It's small enough so they don't get too tired and the lines are not long. You can make it through the whole park in about 2 hours. They have rides and a nice petting zoo too. They are GREAT at birthday parties. Very organized and do a wonderful job at making the birthday child feel special the entire day. However, I would limit it to children under 9 years old.

I had seen Adventure City about a year ago but did not have time to stop. This weekend, I put my grandson in the car and off we went to Adventure City. I am so glad I recalled this place. We will be back again and again.

Adventure City is near Knotts and Disneyland, but there are no crowds here and you won't go broke. The place is small. It has maybe 17 or so things to do. The rides are great for everyone. Most rides are fine for kids over 3. There is one just for toddlers. They have a new roller coaster and it is so much fun (about 5 years old and up). There are two coasters and many other rides that are more calm and very kid friendly.

We just love this place and can't wait to return. Parking is free, yes free, and it is close so you won't be walking a mile to get to the gate. The cost is super fair. It is about 19$ per person to enter and that fee covers all the rides and entrance to the Petting Zoo. At the gate you can get a Fun Card and load it with some money for the arcade and food for the animals. I had a 10 year old with me and asked what they thought about loading the card. It was suggested that 10$ would be enough and it was.

Once in, we noticed that this place is spotless, from the grounds to the restrooms. There were no lines. The roller coaster took about 3 minutes to get on. They have a little train, a carousel, and little planes. They have lots of rides that your little one can go on alone, or you can climb in if you want, you will fit.

The arcade has a great selection of games and the prices are great. We were in there about an hour with only a 10$ Fun Card.

The food is not great and I hope they work on that. I would get the hot dogs and curly fries and avoid the hamburger plate--it is just not good. They have a little Starbucks there if you need coffee and they also have ice cream and all the other junk food you might want.

The Petting Zone is amazing. I usually avoid these things because I don't like the way the animals are cared for and the space they have. This one is great. It is large, the animals are well fed, have lots of places to roam including avoiding people, once they tire of being petted. It is just great!!

The employees at Adventure City are just the best. They were so helpful. We were able to go in and out without an issue. The employees appear to love their job and they are wonderful with kids. I could not have been more impressed with their kindness.

This is a must stop. Go and have a great time. No crowds, no lines, what more could you want.

This review is way overdue. Adventure City has been a part of our family for over 10 years now. As we have celebrated several of our kid's birthdays at Adventure City. However I will focus this review on my most recent experience with the park.

Adventure City is a small theme geared towards very young to young children. If you got two to a eight year olds this place is optimal for it. The park is relatively small, but there are a lot of activities to do. The park also hosts a Puppet Show a few times during the day. A summary of the major attractions of the park include:

1) Thomas the Train Play Area - this one is right by the entrance of the park. It is a great spot to have the little ones play with Thomas train sets.

2) Train - The park has a small kids train that circles the park. It is a fun ride for the little ones. If you celebrate your small one's birthday at the park, they get to ride the train with the conductor.

3) Small Ferris Wheel - this one is geared to the really young ones although I have seen 6-8 year olds ride on it. A fun ride.

4) Carousel - Another ride geared towards the really young ones although it can be fun for the whole family.

5) Bus Ride - a fun ride that although looks not suitable for the really young ones turns out to be fun for all.

6) Barnyard Planes - fun for all.

7) Balloon Ride - this one is fun for everyone as well.

8) Petting Zoo - this is a fun part of the park where children can pet animals and feed them. Make sure you wash your hand thouroughly afterwards as the animals love to eat straight out of your hands.

9) Rollercoaster Rides - they have two at the park. The best one is temporarily closed but should be up and running soon.

10) Fire Truck Ride - this one is a lot of fun. Make sure you check that the sirens work on your fire truck for maximum enjoyment.

Food is primarily pizza and burgers with some small variety. This place is made for kids so don't expect much for adults.

For a reasonable fee you can host your child's birthday party at the park. We find that this is better than having a kids birthday party at home. The reasons why are as follows:

1) The party package includes free entrance to the park. This usually allows your guests to enjoy the park before going to the party and hence it is better than hosting people at home.

2) The package includes Pizza, soft drinks and an hour at their Party Station. You can bring your cake to the party and they will serve it for you.

3) For the party boy or girl they provide a t-shirt, a ride with the train conductor on the train and being part of the puppet show.

4) Best part is that there is no clean up afterwards.

Well those are our family experiences with the park. Hope to see you there!

Drove up here today for the first time. I almost drove away when I saw this place from the outside........MUCH better things wait inside. This place is a blast for the 7 and under crowd and inexpensive considering the full day of fun we had. We walked in and were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Grounds are super clean and well landscaped. Have to have the cleanest public bathrooms in all of OC. Food was pretty reasonably priced.......not a whole lot of variety, but decent. The rides are perfect for smaller kids but still fun for adults. Lines were not too long and we were able to get back on favorite rides easily. The park is small and compact. Our party split up several times and found each other again easily. We spent 5 hours there and our kids had a smile on their faces the entire time. This place was definitely worth the drive.
