Went here over Valentine's Weekend to see Kenny Lattimore. Wow! There really is no bad seat in the house. We got there early anticipating a large crowd, but were in our seats within 10 minutes of arriving to stand in line. The only downside is...More

Saw Kenny Lattimore perform at the Howard. Abslutely loved the show. Not just KL's performance, but the acoustics and new layout of the theatre. A great place for dinner and a show. Great sound and lighting. Not a bad seat in the house!

I purchased two tickets for my sister-in-law for Christmas. When purchasing the tickets I assumed like the Birchmere in Alexandria that they would not sell more tickets than they have seats for guests and those who were standing were doing so by choice. This was...More

This is an awesome venue for shows/concerts/ etc. I would give it a 5 rating based just on the show experience. However, they need to make improvements on the restaurant side. I had no complaints about my food initially. I played it safe with deviled...More

The renovated Howard Theater is a beautiful venue, however the seating is too cramped. I understand it's cabaret style, but there is barely enough room on the table for you to eat and drink your food comfortably. The service was quick.

Friends and a night of Jose James with an opening by Christie Dashiell ("Afro Blue") was beyond awesome. The sound system in The Howard is always on point but the food still leaves something to be desired ; (

Attended Big Daddy Kane show, Jan. 2013. There is not a bad seat in the house. An evening here can be private and romantic, a casual, fun hangout with friends, or have the feel of a big concert with folks standing or rushing the stage....More

We went to see Amel Larrieux last night. Beautiful building...horrible food and drinks. The only good drink was the Blue Moon on draft. The alcohol beverages are $12 and watered down. Even the water was bad. The club sandwich bread was hard and apparently toasted...More

I went to this club to see the Jacksons. Since there was very little parking available in this congested area, I used the valet parking, which cost $20. When I entered, I showed the host my ticket; he told one of his assistants to sit...More
