Trains coming in from all over the country, along with Metro line in DC, many shops, terrific people watching. It's also a reminder of what beautiful train stations used to look like as it's monumental, beautiful architecture.

This is an old train station. You can catch the Metro, MARC, and Amtrak here. Nicer, cleaner, and more organized than Penn Station in NYC.
Free admission and adjacent to the National Guard Museum and Postal Museum. Inside there is a huge mall with mostly clothing and souvenir shops. The restaurants are mostly pricey coffee shops.
beyond ordinary train station.. bustling atmosphere with shopping and food venues. food court downstairs even has a crepe station! super busy during rush hour.. try to visit during non-peak hours. must do for DC
