The Lake Mead National recreation area offers magnificent views of the whole region. The views are especially nice from the visitors center near Boulder City.

Went here to visit friends and did a boat and fishing tr up on Lake Mead and Lake Mojave. Fishing was slow due to the time of year and a cold front but the scenery was world class. Picture don't do it justice.
