Sure it involves a bit of a narrow and rickety staircase but the views from the top are sensational. There is space for quite a number of people which means that you can sidestep the incessant selfies fairly easily. A great place to relax.

The museum is less worth visiting. But the site gives you the feeling of being in other ages. One of the must see.

Despite a VERY narrow staircase to access the tower, this is highly worth a visit if you are reasonably fit and narrow - larger or mobility-limited folks will not be able to fit up the stairs. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is...More

Absolute must-do in Trinidad! The view from the tower is breathtaking! The exhibition seems a bit outdated and captions are only in Spanish.

Awesome views await you as you clamber up the wooden staircase - past the bells (imagine how they got hoisted up) - note that there is another tower just 3 blocks away that is also worth a climb (Museum of History in Senor Canterra;s Mansion)

Definitely worth the walk up a winding staircase to see the outstanding scenery. The colorful buildings, mountains and country side of Trinidad come alive from this vantage point.

For just 1 cuc you can climb the tower of the convent and see an amazing view of the city of Trinidad. Definitely worth it.

Excellent view from the tip of the bell tower. The museum in the old Covent has all its explanations in Spanish.

Not far from Plaza Mayor, it is quite attractive. It has some good colours, especially during sunset. . It is very known for its tower but I didn't go up because I went previously to the tower on Museo de Historia Municipal which I think...More

Spend a CUC and you can enjoy quite a while in there. The view up the tower was one of the best scenery during our whole stay in Cuba. The orange pinkish color rooftop in this little town was unique. A must not miss museum.
