The castle is located at the intersection of two rivers in Bauska Latvia. It seems like an average tourist destination and my group spent less than 30 minutes at this location.

Stopped here on the way back from Rundale palace. The 16th tower has been partially restored and you can climb to the top. The other parts have been rebuilt and give you a sense of what it was like. The mosaic floor was fabulous. There...More

Been a nice experience. The view from both sides are amazing. The ruins are clean and there are good exhibitions in the new part. Surely worth visiting.

Very beautiful place for a great walk - expecially at autumn! You can go and visit it inside, see the beautiful park around it, and there are also two lakes - both on different sides :) So it looks very beautiful ! Romantic place!

A very precious and not so little gem this is. A restored (most of it) stunning Medieval Castle (fortress) at the tip of the city surrounded by two rivers. From the top of the tower you'll see a vast landscape opening the whole surrounding horizon....More

Went with the family. Access was 8 euro for the gang. Sword play, tour, above ground, below ground, music, wine, and food. Good food. Will definitely return.
