Nice museum with underground corridors. They explain the history of this town, also you have a chance to go to the underground that is pretty cool in summer.

A really good museum offering a lot of local, national, and international history. Very accessible for kids and adults alike, but there could have been more information in translation; most of it, if memory serves, was in Czech -- but fair enough!

Very nice expositions. Even suitable for kids, there are some worksheets and also a comics story throughout the exposition.

I did like main hall with original gothic wall drawing in very bad shape. Disliked childish "museum", in facts it is historical educational program for children. Quite boring stuff.

The museum is located in a historic building in the centre of Tabor. It is well worth a visit and gives a very good overview of the Hussite movement and its struggles as you move from room to room through the building. To do justice...More
