We decided to come to Zarasai based on seeing a photo of this and were so glad we did! The sunsets from here over the lake are stunning and there are barely any people there with you, maybe a few others that come and go....More

A great investment by city officials to make a place for enjoying the lake. A sculpture garden is close by that adds another dimension.

Beautiful view. Great place for walking. Unfortunately, there is only stairs to go down to the path by the lake, so if you want to go, for example with a baby stroller, you have to carry it down.

Great place for visit and walking. View point on the lake deck gives opportunity to make amazing pictures of Zarasas lake. There is a walking road along the lake. You can walk about 5km if you decide to go to the big island and back....More

Nice place. Easy accesible. In the centre of Zarasai. Good view to the lake Zarasai and surroundings. A bit windy. Highly recommended.

Really great place in the heart of the forest. A big lake to enjoy canoeing. The watch tower is around 200-steps to climb. Going slowly will not make you feel any weaker. Kids go quite easily with lots of spirit. Very nice view from top-...More

Great views of the surrounding landscape, Lake Zarasas and the island. Can also go down right to the lake, where there's a small beach.

This very unique bridge/observation deck was opened in 2011, and is beautifully designed. Because of a heavy downpour, we did not get a chance to walk on it, but how we wished that we had had the chance. It is directly across the street from...More

It is right on the Main road into Zarasai. You cannot miss it. As you drive into the town, it is on the left side. The Museum and Church are on the right side. You will see this large Lake. Parking lot right there.
