Church is still under renovation. The top part of the church has been renovated and looks terrific but the lower portion is still covered with scaffolding and needs work. We weren't able to go in when we were there.

The Orthodox church of the village situated in the centre of Trakai is really nice inside with religious pictures, candles, climbladder etc. There are a lots of construction works going on around the church at the moment to preserve the façade.

We popped in on the way past. A normal Orthodox church but what was different was how welcome we were made(which doesn't always happen in Lithuanian churches to tourists)
