The building is preserved, but closed. We failed to find more information. But the neighbouring new building of Narva Universtity college makes nice unison with old Town hall.

Very nice old building from outside. Inside not renovated yet, but hope in the future. Close is modern college building in modern style with very very good coffee place inside.

A lovely building, especially at dusk, especially in light of Narva's sad history. It's dilapidated which makes it even more charming. Really makes you think how lovely Narva must have been before the war.

You can ask to see a paper model of Narva on the 2nd floor. Maybe they will let you in. We had no luck getting inside. Walk around and take some pics . It needs maintenance.

I was born in Narva and this building used to work as place for study, sports, musical activity, dancing and many many other different things. It has been renovated a little, but other than that the building is old. Not much to see really, but...More

It really is hidden away in a housing estate. At the moment there's work going on there, so maybe there are plans to make something of it, but right now don't bother!
