There are two buses each doing a 50 minute different loop of the city. Informative commentary, though English pronunciation and grammar poor in places. Also, the headphone leads were too short, meaning one couldn't sit back on one's seat properly.

Riga is relatively large so a bus tour is a good way to get your bearings. Decent tour lasting just over an hour. Commentary (in many languages) is good. Covered the new town and the suburbs over the river. Pointers also given to sites in...More

I visited Riga in April and did the bus tour. The tour was fine, headphones all worked and the bus was clean. However, if you are able Inwould just suggest walking. The city is quite small and the tour cost us 30 euros for two...More

We loved this tour. Most effective explenation about city I ever had. Clean bus, city known driver who gave us additional information about Riga.

did not use this company. BUt...their umbrella blew loose in the wind and(on the stand outside of St. Peter's Church) hit me hard on the head--a heavy metal pipe attached to it. They did not respond to any of my three emails. Be careful. I...More

Having used quite a few city tour buses in the past 10 years, this Riga TourBus came as a disappointment. The driver spoke poor English, it cost Eur 15- for 1 hour, normally it's that price for a day's touring. The automatic explanation in English...More

The tour bus was a smaller (and older) one, not the big boudle decker type. The tour started from the square in front of St Peter's Church. The driver had attention to the customers, stopped shortly at interesting spots and added interesting stories, clearly knowing...More
