From Marupes take a bus to Riga's Central Station (about 40-45 mn depending on where your are in Marupes) then a suburban train to Maiori, main station in Jurmala (every 30mn or so, takes about 25mn and cost 1.5€ one-way). There are also mini-buses
from the same place, less fun in my opinion.
It's a beautiful beach resort, enjoy!
