This is the main tourist street with no cars and a shaded center walk. Massive construction everywhere. It's got everything from food to banking to clothes.

It was still under construction when I went, but still loved it. Lovely cafes, restaurants, just a nice place to walk around and enjoy. I really enjoy the vibe of the place and of the city in general. Definitely have a walk here.

You will find loads of places to eat and shop on this street and it is a bliss walking around with no cars around. During my visit big parts of the boulevard were closed for construction though.

People come here on weekends. There are many shops and some places to eat or drink near the Music Hall. Sitting outside in spring and summer is nice.
