This was by far the cheapest zoo we ever visited - and loads of fun! Big cats, pachyderms, monkeys, bisons, you name it. The only shy animal was the bear. There’s also a sweet dinosaur park which is perfect for little ones.

Given the size of the zoo admission rates are very reasonable and even cheaper in winter when the more commercial Dinopark is closed. We spent over three hours here as it it took that long to walk around all the grounds without visiting the dinosaurs....More
It is not expensive and worth to check during wintertime also. Lot of different animal can be seen here. Though it seemed a bit dirty and uncared.
The zoo looks bigger as I was thinking. We visited it in winter but there was still quite a lot animals to see. In the summer I am sure it is a great place to visit and kids will love the place.
For the 4 euros entrance fee the selection of animals was good, enjoyed seeing the big cats being let in to feed. Some parts have obviously been renovated recently, the wolf enclosure for example. Hopefully other parts will receive this treatment too. I would of...More
