This museum of micro art displays microscopic pieces of sculpture which you can only see with the aid of a microscope. Every masterpiece has been crafted by one man (Mikola Szjadrisztij), now in his late eighties, and it is unlikely there will be a successor....More

The teeny tiny artwork is really phenomenal! I don't know how someone discovered this talent and also had the patience to do such detailed, itty bitty artwork! You look through microscopes to see each small masterpiece - some artwork is INSIDE the EYE of a...More

The displayed pieces are really breathtaking. The interior of the museum feels like a time travel behind the iron curtain.

One of the highlights of my trip to Szentendre, the tasteful decor of Mikroart Mikrocsodak Muzeum will wow you much before the collection makes an impression.

There are many examples the artisans work. Things like a chessboard and chess pieces on the head of a pin. A scene inside the opening in a needle. Many of his works were made of solid gold. Well worth the cost of three euros.

Szentendre’s Mikró Csodák/Microscopic Museum is a wondrous place: as one may rightfully ask, how is it possible to create such tiny, exquisite things? A microscope is the only way to see these miraculously assembled images presented on a grain of sugar, inside a poppy seed,...More

Amazing skill by the artist. Miniature items made of gold presented with differing objects such as a pin head or the eye of a needle! About 10 pieces of unique work through a microscope. Worth a visit while your this part of the country and...More
