Very impressive building inside and outside. Only asks for a small, voluntary, donation to enter. Has a relic, said to be part of st Stephens arm. Have to confess I thought this had to to do with the st Stephen who lived around the time...More

St. Stephen's Basilica is a beautiful building where you can spend almost an hour admiring the architecture. It can get a little crowded during peak hours. The view of the city from the top is not to be missed.

This church has a dome that rivals St. Peter's in Rome. It is truly beautiful inside and out and off coarse, climb the dome for a great view of the city.

A basilica is always regarded and respected as a place of worship, so I respect it from religious point fo view. However, it was not religion that brought me to this place - tourism did. So from a point of view of a tourist, all...More

Really beautiful inside. We went to the top of the basilica and the views were amazing. Not sure how many steps to the top but worth the effort.

Stunning building, especially when lit up at night, which is absolutely huge compared to all the building around it in Budapest. Great photos

No fee required to access the church. Just a small fee to get upstairs by elevator. Take care that the walks are limited when the religious office is being celebrated.
