I was really nice surprised how the Warszawa old town square looks like. Interesting old buildings, (some were rebuilt, but in old style, you almost cannot recognize), many monuments, walls, churches, fountains. Everywhere bikefriendly. And restaurants are also good and not too much expensive.

I was there on a Friday, and I did not notice much happening here. You have the horse carriage starting and ending here, bunch of people hanging around, many waiting on their groups. No mimes or performances.
There are restaurants and cafes though :-)
