About
Duffy's : A little Irish sports bar in Kazimierz, a place to consume alcohol at your leisure as well as a place where I can meet and greet people from all over the world, with a warm and friendly atmosphere and the best staff in town, we show all live sports including GAA Rugby and Soccer etc. etc. we have live music most weekends plus the Monday club Trad. Session. The early part of the week can be a bit quiet (but you just never know ) please note we are just a small local bar, like i said we are located in Kazimierz so its about a 25 minute walk or 5/10 minutes in a taxi from the main market square. we have the best Guinness in town Magners cider and over 20 bottled beers and lagers to choose from - as for the top shelf well you'll just have to come down and see. We don't try to be anything we are not, just a small Irish owned Irish run bar were everyone is welcome ☘ I love the place.

- AlconcalciaLondon, United Kingdom144 contributionsA great place to watch sport when away from homeWe were looking for a place to watch our team play in the premier league and Duffy's was the place. Quite lively and usually very crowded, the price of a pint is reasonable, the Guinness is decent (they also have a selection of Polish lagers on draught and a fridge full of various bottles that you can choose and take to the bar to pay for) and they usually have 2 or 3 sports/matches on the go on the various screens. It was also just round the corner from our hotel in the Jewish quarter, so very handy. I'd suggest getting there a bit early if you want to watch a match as it's often standing room only, other than that, no downside.Thank you so much we really appreciate this. Good prices and serve Magners which we were delighted about! Owner also sent free vodka shots to our table. - Pub Monster NeilLiverpool, United Kingdom50,225 contributionsGreat Irish BarIn my opinion Duffy's Irish Bar is out of the three Irish bars in Krakow the most authentic. Located in the wonderful Jewish Quarter ( Kazimierz ) I love the look of this bar, interior is superb, a cellar style bar, exposed brickwork, pubby decor and furnishings, great wall art, big screens to enjoy the sport, a cool looking serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, its just a really good bar to unwind in. We were here on a cold and rainy February night, we got bottles of beer from Perla Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular Irish bar. My beer was really good, golden, light and hoppy, bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this bar, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world. We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Duffy's Irish Bar we had a great time . Duffy's Irish Bar is easy to locate along Wawrzynca. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, open from 3pm. Friday to Sunday, open from midday. A great Irish Bar, well worth seeking out if you're in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow.Visited February 2024Traveled with friendsWritten February 27, 2024
- Bannerman67Ennis, Ireland24 contributionsBest Pub in Kraków!While in Kazimierz called into Duffy's with my two sons to watch football on a Sunday evening. It was busy with a great, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere, unlike a couple of other football bars in Old Town, and we luckily got a table in the front section. A mixed crowd in the pub created a good buzz. With also GAA Dublin vs. Derry League Final being shown. Surprised by how good the Guinness was, great pints. Great attentive staff behind the small bar. Everything is reasonably priced. In our three nights in Kraków the best pub we were in. Recommend anyone looking to watch sport or be in a good crowd check this pub out.Visited March 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 2, 2024

This is the best Irish bar in Poland and also the only one which had an Irish owner called Fergus Duffy. The atmosphere was supurb, staff very friendly and attentive. We spend a few days in the bar and St Patrick's day it was very busy as he had live bands on all day.
Fergus looked after us and was a gentleman.
This bar is a must to visit and its only a 15min walk from the square.

Amazing bar and a brilliant atmosphere for the Poland and England matches last night! The beer is sound and they sell Barefoot wine over there which was a favourite with me as I found the Polish wines too sweet. 😁The staff are very friendly and the Irish owner Fergie is a great guy with lots of craic and is so welcoming to visitors to his bar. You can tell he genuinely loves meeting people's and hearing their stories! I loved hearing his story of how he originally bought the bar for him and his friends to drink in! 😆 No wonder the bar is so great, he really knows what his customers want! Also met some great Irish people visiting Krakow for the weekend too! Get yourselves down there!!

We visited here for a drink before dinner one night. The pub is nice inside and we were welcomed on arrival. They serve Guinness which one of us had, and I was assured it was a good pint. All the drinks were nice and, as I said the service was also nice and friendly. The prices were also surprisingly cheap, given I thought Irish pubs were always expensive! All in all we would definitely return when next in Krakow.

Heard many good things about Duffys, and as Irish we decided to try. However, it was not what I expected at all, loud TVs and all English patrons. The music did not start at the time advertised due to the football 🤦♀️ I shall not be revisiting, but each to their own!

Overpriced drinks, bar staff are terribly rude.
Went with my friends j for a few and the woman behind the bar slammed our drinks down on the bar when we got our drinks and she also screamed at us to get out. Overall bad experience terrible service.

not sure if your review says more about you than it does about Duffy's.
if you think we are expensive (us been one of the cheapest bar in the city)
you forgot to mention why the staff asked you to leave many many times..
Let's just say two sides to every coin.
Kind regards

Been in this pub twice before, once on a quiet afternoon midweek when I walked past and said sure why not have a cold pint. Staff were great and chatted away to me while I sat and enjoyed my pint. Second time was more lively, there was rugby on the box and I squeezed myself in nicely. Again staff were good and had many cold fresh pints. I'll be back to watch the Rugby World Cup matches. Great little local pub.

Duffy’s Irish Bar quickly became a familiar spot for us during our visit in Krakow. Quality pints aren’t the only reason to visit this gem - The girls behind the bar are great craic and Fergie.. Well what can I say about this gent! Heart of gold and definitely the heartbeat to this bar! Such a humble and welcoming man, always making the effort to tourists and regulars. Fergie and his gorgeous team are incredibly personable and you will never expect anything less than a great time at Duffy’s. If you’ve had a bad experience with the girls or Fergie whilst here, I’d say you were probably being a little sh*thead and it was well deserved. Slaínte!😂🤣😉😉

Paddy's day us on Tuesday I'm sure we'll have something on, we will have live sport and music all weekend in the lounge, oh and just so you know the pub is not so big 😂 we're NOT a city center type of pub (its only a 70/75 seater) we're just a small local pub in the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz) which is about a 20/25 minute walk from the main market square (if you know where you're going 😉) or 8/10 minutes in a taxi from the main square, the address is on the facebook page, oh and we don't do food or cocktails.

Hi ya
Will you be open/ showing the England rugby this sat morning 19th ?
It’s at 09.15 and trying to find somewhere open that early in the morning ?
Thanks
Written October 16, 2019
They might do, also other places that may show it: Check Non Iron pub in the old town as they have been showing the rugby early. English Football Club too might show it. Best if you pop in and ask the day before if you can?
