About
Duffy's : A little Irish sports bar in Kazimierz, a place to consume alcohol at your leisure as well as a place where I can meet and greet people from all over the world, with a warm and friendly atmosphere and the best staff in town, we show all live sports including GAA Rugby and Soccer etc. etc. we have live music most weekends plus the Monday club Trad. Session. The early part of the week can be a bit quiet (but you just never know ) please note we are just a small local bar, like i said we are located in Kazimierz so its about a 25 minute walk or 5/10 minutes in a taxi from the main market square. we have the best Guinness in town Magners cider and over 20 bottled beers and lagers to choose from - as for the top shelf well you'll just have to come down and see. We don't try to be anything we are not, just a small Irish owned Irish run bar were everyone is welcome ☘ I love the place.

- Foggins41 contributionsA good findThis bar was near our hotel so very handy. Plenty sports, great Guinness at very good prices, live singing, friendly staff and owner, definitely had atmosphere with good craic, cosy and welcoming. In fact wish all Irish bars around the globe were nearly as good. So well done Duffys would recommend to anyone visiting your area of the cityThank you so much Foggins, very kind of you, we do try to make sure everyone has a nice time at the bar. - blackieconnors831 contributionMy localLived here for 15 years, I'm Irish and used to run an Irish Pub. Fergie I draw the line at online love ins but sure ye know I wouldn't drink anywhere else buddy! Ex-pats never write reviews, so here I am. Firstly if you are an ex-pat living here and you don't drink in Duffys you are missing out, get your arse down there! Proper pub, proper owner, proper staff, proper Guinness, music on the regular (but not in the bar if your prefer the sound of your own voice like me), food trucks 20 metres away and all the Sport on TV you can shake your pint at. Play your cards right and you might even make the Wall of Fame (note all walls within Duffys are technically Walls of Fame, 2nd Note - A minimum of 20 appearances are legally required). The atmosphere is as convivial, warm and friendly as you could ever find but maybe google what matches are on if you don't want to be there when its really busy as it is a small pub and of course at times can be packed. #lairoflegendsVisited September 2020Written September 2, 2020
- Neil KLiverpool, United Kingdom617,321 contributionsLively Irish pub in the Jewish QuarterMy twin brother Stephen and I had an absolutely brilliant day in the Kazimierz District ( Jewish Quarter ) ,soaking up the fascinating history of this area of Krakow, enjoying the great architecture and visiting many great pubs, bars and restaurants ,one pub we always look forward to visiting in this district is Duffy's Irish Bar ,a fantastic and lively bar that's always a joy to drop into. I love the look of this bar,it's a big Irish bar ,two roomed ,great decor and furnishings ,a solid wood serving bar ,all the Irish bric a brac adorning the walls you would expect to find in a good Irish bar ,tv's to enjoy the sport and lots of seating options spread throughout this bar ,it's just a great bar to chill out in. We were here on a Tuesday night ,bar was bouncing with a great atmosphere ,a live group belting out great songs,we ordered beers from Tyskie Brewery ,served iced cold and sparkling and accompanied by a free shot that was most appreciated and very tasty ,we grabbed a spare table ,sipped our beers ,enjoyed the live music and soaked up the great vibe in this bar . My beer was really good ,a light, hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting with taste ,when served iced cold as in this bar it's such a refreshing beer ,it was just so good being in such a great bar enjoying great drinks and sat with my beer buddy and twin brother Stephen. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Duffy's Irish Bar is easy to locate along Swietego Wawrzynca. Opening hours are; Monday,3pm till 11.30pm. Tuesday till Thursday,3pm till 1am. Friday & Saturday, midday till 2am. Sunday, midday till 11.45pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the Jewish Quarter.Visited August 2022Traveled with friendsWritten August 10, 2022

Been in this pub twice before, once on a quiet afternoon midweek when I walked past and said sure why not have a cold pint. Staff were great and chatted away to me while I sat and enjoyed my pint. Second time was more lively, there was rugby on the box and I squeezed myself in nicely. Again staff were good and had many cold fresh pints. I'll be back to watch the Rugby World Cup matches. Great little local pub.

Perfect pint of Guinness and lovely, friendly atmosphere. Called in by chance and stayed a while to escape the rain. Stayed a while after it brightened up too……

Emailed the bar to enquire if they where showing the Celtic game, within minutes a reply from the owner Fergus that the game was on . Champions league night , but the Celtic game was on the giant screen and a smaller one at the side ‘with the other screens showing various other games.very friendly staff behind a well stocked bar, lovely pint of Guinness and the Polish lager is also recommended.prices are very reasonable and explains why this wee gem of a pub is so popular,I would highly recommend this Authentic Irish bar to anyone looking to catch a game or relax for a few beers while in Krakow

Great wee pub, in Jewish part of town. Can get quite busy when sport is on, but staff seem to manage. Live music at night as well.

We visited here for a drink before dinner one night. The pub is nice inside and we were welcomed on arrival. They serve Guinness which one of us had, and I was assured it was a good pint. All the drinks were nice and, as I said the service was also nice and friendly. The prices were also surprisingly cheap, given I thought Irish pubs were always expensive! All in all we would definitely return when next in Krakow.

Amazing bar and a brilliant atmosphere for the Poland and England matches last night! The beer is sound and they sell Barefoot wine over there which was a favourite with me as I found the Polish wines too sweet. 😁The staff are very friendly and the Irish owner Fergie is a great guy with lots of craic and is so welcoming to visitors to his bar. You can tell he genuinely loves meeting people's and hearing their stories! I loved hearing his story of how he originally bought the bar for him and his friends to drink in! 😆 No wonder the bar is so great, he really knows what his customers want! Also met some great Irish people visiting Krakow for the weekend too! Get yourselves down there!!

Paddy's day us on Tuesday I'm sure we'll have something on, we will have live sport and music all weekend in the lounge, oh and just so you know the pub is not so big 😂 we're NOT a city center type of pub (its only a 70/75 seater) we're just a small local pub in the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz) which is about a 20/25 minute walk from the main market square (if you know where you're going 😉) or 8/10 minutes in a taxi from the main square, the address is on the facebook page, oh and we don't do food or cocktails.

They might do, also other places that may show it: Check Non Iron pub in the old town as they have been showing the rugby early. English Football Club too might show it. Best if you pop in and ask the day before if you can?
