Relaxing experience to end our trip
After a 5 day trip to Krakow we decided to get Thai massages to end our trip, they were excellent, gentle but not too gentle, by body clicked in ways I never knew it could! I highly recommend this place. It is reasonably priced as well. The whole atmosphere is relaxing, they also offer green tea which is a bonus❤️

A great massage in the center of Krakow
Very clean, warm and comfortable facilities. The reception staff were great with excellent English language skills and positive customer centric approach. The masseuse also spoke reasonable English and was very competent and regularly asked about comfort and pressure levels.

A soothing bliss!
The classical Thai massage with herbal compresses was amazing! We took with my friend the longest, 105-minute session - and we promised each other to repeat it as often as we can! Both extremely relaxing, soothing and stimulatingI Our bodies deserve it!

Excellent experience, highly recommended!

I had a back&shoulders&head massage (1,5h) on one evening, and a traditional thai massage (1,5 hrs) on the other evening, and both of them were a great experience! The masseur was highly professional and nice, and after massages I felt like newborn and very relaxed.
Also booking process of both massages was smooth, and the administrators at the spot were very friendly and helpful, too.
Many thanks for the wonderful experience, I will surely visit the place during our next visit to Krakow!

Good quality Thai massage — exceptional for seniors

Excellent for senior massages — my partners mother feels rejuvenated & would go again in a heartbeat. Thai massages — good quality for full body aromatherapy but not amazing. We booked for 8:15 pm. Felt rushed as didn’t realise they close at 9pm. Receptionist cared more about being paid fast than experience. Once massage ended we were rushed out (again due to website having wrong opening hours) as soon as we were dressed. No water / tea. Regardless, we liked our massages (3 people)

A brilliant massage experience in Kraków!

I had an amazing full body massage with oil for 60 minutes this evening. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards.
Ludmilla was really great; she’s very helpful and efficient. Thang was my masseuse and she was fantastic. She’s very professional, friendly and calm. She made sure that I was okay during the whole session and she also checked a few times if the massage pressure was fine.
I highly recommended the place and I will definitely go back for more massage sessions.

Amazing massage, friendly staff

Fantastic massage, and very welcoming and friendly staff. The space is very tranquil and cool on a hot day. The massage felt great and included so many unique things I’ve never had in a massage before. I’ve already booked to come back!

In my experience Chaiyo offers the best massage in Kraków. Today it was the 5th time for me here and I was 100% satisfied just like every time. The massage can be painful, but after it's done my body feels like "resurrection". Recommended!

Amazing place. Very friendly welcome, ga and water available. Careful check in procedure do that your wishes are clearly identified. Wonderful massage / it was like being in the Wat Pho temple. Defenitively will come back in my next visit to Krakov.

Quiet relax in the heart of Krakow

I visited Chayio a couple of times already, my next two hours of relax with oils are tomorrow, and it won't be the last visit. The personnel offered a great service, asking on which parts of the body to focus and frequently checking if I'm comfortable with the pressure applied. I definitely recommend this cosy place!
