a historical place for the Solidarity Movement, where agreements were signed with the communist government in 1980. if you are interested in history, visit the Solidarity museum. The BHP room may not arouse enthusiasm for you

I was surprised of great exhibition in these premises - I awaited just some empty hall but it was stunning. You feel the history, the Solidarity atmosphere, you can imagine how the history happened. I must recommend the cafe too.

Unlike the enormous European Solidarity Centre which seems to have appeared like an enormous rusty alien spaceship on the former shipyard site, the PKB "Health and safety" building is the real deal. This was where Lech Walesa signed the accords and organised the Solidarity movement....More
