This historic church was undergoing exterior and some interior renovation. However, it is still with the price of admission to see the Pieta and some of the other original artifacts.

The climb was a little harrowing with 405 steps, the first part a small spiral staircase, I wouldn't reccomend if you are claustrophobic or scared of heights!

Not the prettiest church I have visited, but it’s undergoing a lot of structural work and restorations are looking good. Definitely go up the tower for fantastic views. Worth a visit.

Take the trip up the stairs to the tower and see the city in panorama view. The churchroom is absolutely stunning and a must visit in Gdansk.

The Church is undergoing major renovations so is a bit chaotic at the moment. However you can still visit it and I would say ding go tobGdansk without doing so. It is absolutely massive. The ceilings are so high. It is beautiful

The huge doors will admit you to a really high vaulted ceiling. There is a small booth to buy souvenirs and books as you enter (or leave). There is an entry area first then the pews. Along the sides are small chapels. At the location...More

It's right at the heart of Gdansk and you will walk past it many times. It's certainly worth popping in to have a look inside where it is equally impressive. It is free admission but you'll have to take your hat off :)

There's a donation - but it would be very difficult to enter without paying.

Yes, there is a small fee to pay go to the tower, but its worth it. Also please note staircase to the tower are very wide, but its a big unusually open space going up and rather not for someone with fear of hights.
