Recently went for a walk around the reservoir with a friend's dog. We headed out from Bystrc along the right hand side of the reservoir. The banks overlooking some of the little coves were populated with day-trippers sunbathing, swimming here and there. The walk all...More

The water is nice for swiming, usualy warm and clear enough. In winter there is a possibility of ice skating or cross country skiing.

November 1 was the date to move the boats to the dock to be safe in winter. It was pretty windy and lots of people came to observe this operation. Kids loved to feed swans and ducks. See you again soon!
