If you are visiting Brno, you definitely should pop into the Capuchin Monk Crypt. This vault has been open to visitors for a long time and is very memorable for those who visit. It is a small museum so you only need 30 minutes to...More

It's a crypt, under the ground. Easy to find, and tickets are not so expensive. Located in the city centre, not far from the main square.

Strange to see the bodies of the monks lying on the ground. But worth a visit all the same. It is worth spending 15-30 minutes here

For those that have seen mummys in Egypt or in museum, this is an ok experience. Otherwise it was not necessarily anything spectacular. The town center and cathedral close by were more interesting to us.

We went on a normal business day in a normal hour and it was closed without any sign and nothing there is written in English. We didn't understand and other tourists were equally startled.

I was going to go on the steps for picture purposes but a few ladies were posing so I continued to to walk on. I was just strolling by. Nothing much else to say.

I've visited with my wife and preteen who found it "boring". This was in contrast to our experience as we've enjoyed the visit an the exposition. It needs to be mentioned that there is no guided tour and therefore you'll need to commit to reading...More
