About
10-Z is the most highly classified nuclear fallout shelter in Brno from the Communist era to protect the city's and region's representatives. It had been built during the Nazi occupation as a civil defense (Luftschutz) shelter from U.S. and Soviet bombardment of Brno. A total of 600 people could be housed for 3 days. It serves as a cultural space from May 2016. You may visit also its retro bar.

Very nice attraction with a great guide. Highly recommend. You can also accomodate here, but that seemed to us a bit too scary. 😃

Great rainy day activity - takes about 1 hour to go around various exhibits.
Used to be operated by US/Czech armies during the cold war.
Interesting to read how they got power/fresh air, how many people it could hold and for how long.
Worth an hour if you are in the city

Interesting little bunker tour, have been to much bigger but they are always 'don't touch' here they actively encourage touching things which they kids loved!

A must-see when you're in Brno. The place looks authentic – all the items on display are from the right period, no modern signs take you out of the experience. And it is a depressing one, walking through the damp and rather chill corridors. Olds TV sets from the period shows snippets of video, which only add to the atmosphere.

Interesting place to see. Has an unusal and unique atmosphere. Reminds of old times. Takes 20-30 minutes to go through. Also good in bad weather

Our family had an awesome experience staying in 10-Z Bunker in Brno! The rooms are spartan and the bathrooms are down one of the tunnels (all to be expected in a Cold War era nuclear fallout shelter. It was like staying all night in a 1950s time capsule), but wandering around and viewing all the history was fascinating!
Great staff, great location and an all-around good value! If your in Brno check it out!

Good place to kill an hour of your time. It was good you could touch everything on display. Could do with more signs in other languages but overall informative of the tv on display. The price on the website does not match up with what is being charged as well was CZK 180 not CZK 150 what is being displayed online.

As we bought the Brno pass, we got some discount from the tickets but the cashier wanted to give lower discount than we had so I had to show him the original discount, but he accepted it so there was no problem. Even though it was September, you should bring a pullover or a jacket because it was cold down here.
Overall, I recommend it very much!!

It took me around an hour to get around so it is a nice filler. The way information is given is though videos most of which have subtitles. They cover some very interesting things such as supplying air an communications. I think you are able to try on the uniform they used to wear which is a lot of fun.
