In the evening this is quieter and so you can get really close. The history of the wall is important to know when you get there as this is not what it looked like when it was originally made. Really interesting and worth a visit!

My wife and I stopped here on a bike tour and we were amazed at the colors, artwork, and stories around the John Lennon wall. It may just seem like a centralized place for legalized graffiti, but it's so much more than that; and with...More

Truly a gift for all the Beatles fans as me and my husband are. The songs lirics, the portraits of John Lennon and Yoko Ono were so touching...

Ok... now I’m going to sound old (and I am not... haha). This is an easy place to visit so you might as well while you’re I. The neighborhood. But, I will say that I was here 20 years ago (again, not old)... and the...More

Absolutly fantastic! Its like living Art. Every Single day the wall looks a little bit different because of the people who write on it! :) Wonderful!

This wall is a beautiful act of peaceful protest and displays hope in hopeless situations. Definitely worth checking out.

A colourful visit in Mala Strana. It is nostalgic and though John Lennon is nowhere seen on the wall but you may capture his picture in the backdrop at a nearby restaurant. A must in Prague. 15 min is more than enough to admire it.

The John Lennon wall is a quick visit and you won’t need to be there long. The wall is fabulous, colourful and a great backdrop for photos! However it is getting ruined by people painting over it!

Wash it off and start again, that's what I say! The wall is covered in absolute rubbish. Don't understand the hype behind the wall at all. Two tiny photos of John Lennon at the top and the rest is just pointless. Stop for a photo...More

Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most
beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled
underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the
Kings route taken by future kings on their way to
coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing
Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral.
Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque
medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch

There really isn't space to write on the wall. Why would you anyway. it's such a small space with way too much on it.

Go down the steps from the Charles bridge to Kampa Island, walk through the small square and take the second street on your right. Or go all the way until you see Hotel Kampa Garden on your right, continue going right past... More
