The band was fantastic and there is a great little restaurant above which serves cheap czech goulash. The beer is very cheap too - I recommend the Velvet! Get down stairs for the 9 pm jazz concert a little earlier and mingle during the breaks...More

Booked a table upstairs for food and down stairs in advance via email (really recommend you book in advance). Very impressed with the food at a good price for Prague. Downstairs in the Jazz club, its small which makes you more involved...loved it. Great band...More

Live a special jazz experience in a very tiny place (only 15-20 people can be admitted). You have to pay a fee of about 200 Koruna/person, but it is such an intimate and immersive atmosphere, being almost on the stage with the musicians, that we...More

I came here for a drink before dinner with a friend. The bar staff were friendly and the prices ok. I also dropped by the jazz club in the basement on a different night and it was really cool.

Nice jazz club in the heart of Mala Strana (Little Quarter). Small and great jazz club is down in the basement and bar is on the ground floor. Best beers and food.

Jazz music in intimate setting and ice cold Czech beers made for a perfect way to spend Friday evening in Prague.

We visited Prague because we are keen on jazz and this is one of the first we found. The upstairs bar was jammed but we were directed down to the cellar which was very cosy. Before the group started we both had some BBQ'd spare...More
