An extremely interesting building in a stunning location, plenty to see and do with magnificent views over the city, providing great photographic opportunities. A must see if visiting Prague.

After visiting the magnificient St. Vitus's Cathedral, the Old Palace didn't feel like much compared to the cathedral. The great hall is huge and the architectural details are impressive, but you won't get to see a lot of the palace.

Easy to get around, the various rooms, some signage to explain the purpose of each area. Go early when not crowded as some rooms are not very large.

This is part of the Prague castle tour. You need to buy a ticket to gain entry. From outside the building is big but sadly you only really get to see the great hall.

well Worth having a look as part of the tour and the photos do not do the size of hall proper justice as it is massive

Probably the least memorable part of our visit to the Prague Castle. The entry and exit being the only points of interest - to my mind. 1. Upon entry, you enter the enormous Vladislav Hall with its late Gothic ribbed, vaulted ceiling. The room is...More

The old palace is well preserved. The arcitecture of the roof and the views through the windows is magnificent.

It is a very interesting architectural piece yet is seems to lack life and attraction or maybe it not being showcased to its value.

The palace is small and does not feature anything interesting. There is nothing you need to see here. They also have a "very exclusive shop" without anything interesting. But if you paid for it, you might as well walk through in 10 minutes.

One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
