We paid to do circuit B and decided to see the palace last. Perhaps if we had seen it before the cathedral we would have felt it was more impressive. However after seeing the cathedral first we couldn't help but compare that this was much...More

OLD ROYAL PALACE is a splendid piece of architecture that looks amazing . The palace exterior is well maintained and the mix of gothic and renaissance style architecture looks very evocative. The palace dates from the 12 century and has some serious history attached to...More

After the cathedral saint guy it is the second best place to be seen in the castle of prague. The main room is really wide and provides a sensation of grandeur. The balcony will allow you to take a nice picture of the twon. From...More

It is a castle where the former royalities were living. It is a mix of very different styles. If you are in the Castle district you should visit it.

Royal Palace was engaging, but I did not find it to be worth a special trip. The history makes it interesting but not enough to keep everyone's interest.

This Palace was very interesting. If you go to this Palace expecting to be fascinated by things that look lavish and expensive you will be disappoint. It is a beautiful place and the audio guide will be very helpful.

The outside of this building is not interesting, and neither is the inside from a photographic viewpoint. The ballroom is huge but it is devoid of furnishing. The room where they carried out defenestration might appeal to history buffs, but for photographers looking for that...More

The palace has been here in some form or the other since the 11th century. What we were able to visit with our ticket was essentially the Gothic Hall built for Vladislav Jagiello between 1493 - 1502 and a couple of rooms decorated with the...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the
