If you are into history and architecture, make sure to stop by. We visited it during our time in the castle and enjoyed it really a lot. We read all the little signs and learned a lot about this time in the Czech history. From...More

The outside of this building is not interesting, and neither is the inside from a photographic viewpoint. The ballroom is huge but it is devoid of furnishing. The room where they carried out defenestration might appeal to history buffs, but for photographers looking for that...More

The palace has been here in some form or the other since the 11th century. What we were able to visit with our ticket was essentially the Gothic Hall built for Vladislav Jagiello between 1493 - 1502 and a couple of rooms decorated with the...More

The palace is beautiful, and so is the cathedral. Is a really nice day out, especially if you don't have a lot of time to spend in Prague. You see several landmarks in just one place

Visited this beautiful palace and was absolutely astonished to look at the grandeur of the palace. The 15th century castle has stood the test of time . A really beautiful experience.

The "Old Royal Palace" is "OLD". However, I wouldn't believe it to be a "ROYAL PALACE" when walking through the place. I do believe that only a small part of it is open to public, but then again, the place is pretty much stripped off...More

It's best to buy a circuit B ticket and have access to the palace, cathedral, basilica, golden lane and tower access. The ticket is 250CZK per person and 500CZK per family (is a good deal) It's basic, history is well written in the palace. Nothing...More

Consisting of one very large hall with incredibly detailed wooden arches to the ceiling, however we passed through here in about 10 mins whereas we spent 1 hour plus in St. Vitus's Cathedral next door. It puts the whole Palace footprint into context. One spoiler...More

One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the
