Beautiful art nouveau wall paintings and ceiling lamps in extremely well preserved historic building. Definitely worth a visit.

The cafe on the main level is just ok. It does have some ambiance of an old world cafe, but the service was brisk and we decided against having dinner there based on the limited menu. (Settled for dessert and coffee instead). The hall is...More

Not as attractive from outside as some buildings, but the one hour tour is well worth doing. Interesting and access to wonderful small rooms as well as the main concert hall.

If you only visit one building in Prague visit this one, wonderful architecture outside and doubly impressive inside.

It is not only a stunning piece of architecture inside and out; it also houses a superb concert hall (The Smetana Hall) and a fine bistro, a traditional cellar restaurant and a fine dining restaurant. Above all it is a landmark of an era. If...More

You might want to look at a video before going so that you don't miss anything. Several restaurants and bars. Beautiful interior decorations.

The main hall is enormous, with very impressive paintings and sculptures. It seemed very grand for the event I attended.

This was only two blocks from my Air BnB, and the neighborhood seemed fairly safe, so I went to an evening concert. It was surprising how casual the other attendees were dressed; I thought it was such an elegant spot so I dressed up a...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický

of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the

Wide and tasty choice of cakes, pastries and desserts. Just wait at the cafeteria entrance to be seated by the staff. Tour groups can pre-book their afternoon teas which cater to their taste.

You can access the building without any problems and look inside for free. The interior is interesting. There is a café, a restaurant. The paid entrance and the tour is for the halls.
