If you are into History, here you wlll find a LOT of information on how old Prague was founded and ruled. Many exhibits all in a maze of beautiful Gothic rooms. Sadly they have totally forbidden photography now, even if you have bought the pass.

For those interested in Medieval history this is a gold mine that surpassed expectations. Doing a thorough job requires more reading than I had the energy for in the afternoon but I still enjoyed it immensely. It's much larger than I expected; just when I...More

This was the best part of the castle tour, by far! It would be easy to skip, but don't, since you will get way more information about the property than any other part of the tour. The artifacts are impressive!

Your ticket will include the entry to the exhibition too. I would recommend that you do not miss it. Usually groups with tourist guides tend to give this part a skip as they feel the guide would have briefed them about the history. I do...More

Your experience in Prague will never be complete if
you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched
from the west to the north, provide spectacular views
of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone
streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green
gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses.
Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history.

There is a lot to see and it depends upon your interest. Tow hours would probably be a better amount of time than one hour.
