This gothic dual tower dominates the Old Town Hall Square and can be seen from many vantage points around the city. I didn't go inside, but it is a sight to behold from the outside, and it is brought to life at night.

Just look at those turrets, this could be what Disney World was modeled on! Great pictures fro the square outside and there is so much detail on the inside.

One of the buildings that make Old Town Square a must place to visit. Stunningly and dramatically illuminated at night if you are around after dark

I love visiting churches - not only for their architecture, but also for their stunning collection of art. They really are living, breathing historical records of centuries of culture and belief in stone and wood and paint. This high-Gothic church is an incredible example -...More

We attended a 7:30pm classical concert inside the Tyn church. What a great place to hear Vavildi, Mozart, Smetana, Beethoven and many others. 70 minutes of fabulous music. My 30 year son said it was one of his best memories from our two week family...More

ASTONISHINGLY BEAUTIFUL CATHEDRAL! While it is a little underwhelming on the outside, the inside is amazing! There are plentiful of alters, statues and plaques decorated around the church. The most i’ve seen so far. One thing is, no photography is allowed but i couldn’t resist...More

This church is worth popping into for a quick look at the many baroque altars placed everywhere - in front of pillars, beside the main altar, in corners, along the side walls. It is the profusion of these tall black gilded altars that makes the...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the
