The museum looks very nice. But you have to be prepared to read wall after wall of text for it to be worth the price. Some videos and probs are really good but I'd like more of them!

I enjoyed this museum...it is well laid out....maybe too much text at times...but delivers a solid story on communism...with lots of photos

A somber display reminding you of communst ideology. A very good display of mistakes of the past, teaching us not to repeat the same mistakes in the future.

A lot of interesting information. Less text or more chairs would have been appreciated. The content was good and the price was reasonably.

Information was well-presented, engaging and easy to follow. There was a lot of information, but it was well-arranged and there were pictures and videos to break it up. They're clearly thought about the experience of the museum and the seats in front of the exhibits...More

Went in with very little knowledge about the Communist regime in Prague - left with a much better understanding. Mostly well laid out although the signs are slightly hard to follow at times simply because you follow a numbered order and the next number isn't...More

Really interesting museum, visited yesterday and was completely absorbed. The layout is perfect, and the storytelling really presses home some of the intracisies of the communist rain, including their influence over media, sports and emigration. Also details the failings of communist Czechoslovakia and it's eventual...More

The teens really enjoyed the visit. I introduced the 12 and 14 year olds to Marxist ideas before we went in and put historical context on them. The interactive exhibition was very thorough and challenged all of our ideas and assumptions. Excellent discussion on hegemony...More

A very interesting museum with lots to see and read. The space is well-laid out and full of large photos, documents, and audio-visuals. It gives a good and chilling idea of what life was like for ordinary Czechs during an occupation that they never saw...More

Not that interested in history myself but went with a group of friends while travelling and it was genuinely interesting. The layout is appealing and the museum offers an insight into the history of the city.

I wouldn't think so. It's a small and kind of out of the way museum and didn't seem to get that much traffic when we were there. And I think we were there on a weekend.

It is hidden in between shops. It is small but very interesting. Maybe an 1.5 hrs.at most? When we went there were no lines and we bought tickets there.
