Smalterie - is a fun creative workshop both for children and adults who like to try new things or just create a unique souvenir from Prague :) In just an hour, we will teach you how to use enamel and you can go ahead and paint your own mug (or other enamel articles such as a sign or enamel jewelry). Of course, you can stay longer - there is no time limit! If you have not done it before, it is no problem at all - our patient tutors will explain everything (in English or in Czech). After you have finished painting we will fire it in our furnace and after it cools down (approximately 5 minutes) you can take your creation home with you :) The cost of painting one mug is 290 Kč.

My boyfriend and I had so much fun at the workshop. The hosts were friendly, spoke good English and were very helpful. Great option if you're tired from all the walking and want an activity to sit down for a few hours.

Thank Viola C

My 3 kids loved painting their mugs, the tired mama loved the staff who was super friendly and helpful didn't mind all the chaos, noise and spilled enamels :-) Thank you, we'll be back!

Me and my boyfriend joined the pottery painting workshop at this cute little shop, and we absolutely loved it! You get a bit of instruction on how to paint using the "enamel" technique, and then get to paint your own creation! It's a nice activity,...More
