This eerie place is a mere 4 minute walk from the Prague Old Town (800 meters). Certainly one of the many attractions that must be visited! I would like to specially mention the Museum of Torture & Torture Instruments in Prague because of the amount...More

Three floors of torture devices. Felt a bit sick while watching those but I guess that was the point. 200 korunas per person is a bit too pricey, considering that the whole tour took us about half an hour and I reas every sign on...More

We visited the Museum of Medieval Torture Instruments and it was truly an eye-opening experience. Thankfully, not an eye-gouging one. The displays were very well laid out with interesting tidbits of information, but some of the translations were a bit poor (but in all fairness...More

It was a little expensive for what is was but still, i found it morbidly fascinating! over three floors you could bimble around at your own pace and read the info next to each device, Cripes, some people were just sick in the head, like...More

We went in here for a laugh and come out completely mortified. I felt like a changed person. To be able to touch instruments that were used in such a horrific was was both repulsive but yet fascinating. Definitely worth a visit. Although the man...More

This museum is awful. The guy manning the front desk didn’t even look at us as we went to pay for our entry. The full museum is like a house or hallway, with things up on the wall. No atmosphere. There was a woman vacuuming...More

It was interesting. Love how they set up the light and sound ambiance to be super creepy. It’s a one time kinda thing that you won’t repeat.

A really good collection of medieval artefacts in all their gloss glory. We stumbled across this museum whilst out walking as its just by the bridge, wasn't expecting much but as it was roughly £6 each to get in thought it would pass some time....More

Well.. it was very informative (the items are labelled in several languages) but I didn't see anything new or surprising. Maybe because I already had some knowledge about medieval tortures and tools used for them?

Interesting but very overpriced as completed the museum within 5 minutes, would not recommend. Mildly interesting and good effects regarding sounds and lighting, would be spooked if I was 8.

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický

in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
