It is indeed a gorgeous little town. We traveled like 2 hours from the main city of Prague by bus. This place seems like you are from a distant past, walking in a narrow cobble stoned street. Everything is picture perfect. The small hidden town...More

Very nice restored old town with beautiful facades. A city with a lot of charme and history. Just stroll around, don't forget to visit the castle! Just watch your steps on the old cobblestone streets :)

Specialty shopping is better in Prague. Town is quaint but far too crowded with primarily Asian tourists.

Spent 6 hours wondering the streets, walking along the river and exploring all the secret streets. Rented an audio guide at the information center and that was very useful. In January, few stores were open and a lot of restaurants offered delicious meals

We arrived in Krumlov almost by accident and we couldn't have been more pleased. It's a gorgeous little down with much to see and a vibrant atmosphere that was a welcomed addition to our trip.

The narrow cobblestoned streets, lovely squares, and striking Renaissance and Habsburg era buildings of Cesky Krumlov’s historic center transport you to the Bohemia of old, but, of course, with modern sanitation and conveniences. Church spires punctuate the horizon and gorgeous castle views of the town...More

This old city looks like transferred from a distant past, we spent many hours wandering around the historic streets and discovering interesting places. Many nice restaurants especially on river bank. Only problem was huge amount of tourists, we were one of them :)

I have to admit that we passed a great day seeing the city center of Cesky Krumlov. You have to see the little streets, the strange castle on top of the city, the river touching the city at every side. But unfortunately it was quite...More

This small hidden Medieval town is not to be missed. Great views and nooks and crannies to go and explore. It was only recently "saved" from obscurity and are now often visited by tour groups.

There is no parking in the center. There are two pay parking lots on the outskirts. In order to take your car to the center of town you have to purchase a permit and it is only good for 30 minutes. Just enough time to unload... More
