I have been to mukurithi many times in my life.each and every time the mother nature shows it's different faces. I enjoyed a lot here. Your heart becomes free when you see this beautiful place.

This place is fully covered with green. At the month of March- April you could enjoy the full mountain at clear blue sky. The mountain looks like covered with green carpet.

Go there during winter you will be thrilled. Whole park will be coverd with mist and fog visibilty at 0. Dont forget to take locals along with you.

Mukerti National Park is nice place to visit,different types of animals are seeing this place. Some of the animals that are spotted often are the Sambhar deer, Nilgiri marten, barking deer, otter, jackals and jungle cat.

You have to issue a prior permission from forest department in ooty. It will be around 50rs per person.
