This place sells 2 unbelievable sauces, a caramelised Cabernet and a sesame honey soy. They are the best, cannot rate highly enough, especially on red meat! And the honey soy is great on chicken and salads! Fine work!

It was a wonderful experience to attend the Vietnamese Master Cooking Class with Executive Chef Nathan. The lesson was excellent and the accompanying wines superb. Thank you Nathan, Gai and Bernard for a marvellous afternoon.

Make this winery your first stop on your wine tour. Bernard is one character worth listening to. Not only are his wines excellent, but you get to sample his unique oils and sauces at the same time. Have fun. You wont be disappointed.
