Highly recommend a visit to Blacklea. We have been back many times and there is always a huge welcome from Bernard and Gai as well as a new taste experience every time we visit. Bernard’s expertise in oil/wine tasting has always been mind blowing and...More
I should have read the reviews before going as the owner is quite sarcastic and rude. The visit started ok but then the grumpy old owner was quite rude when asked a simple question and condescending. Don’t go folks- it’s a customer service field and...More

The wine and food was delicious and it is such a shame that the Male owner was such wine grinch. I thought grumpy old men was a joke but it's not in this case. A friendlier welcome would have been nice and sold more products...More

This place sells 2 unbelievable sauces, a caramelised Cabernet and a sesame honey soy. They are the best, cannot rate highly enough, especially on red meat! And the honey soy is great on chicken and salads! Fine work!
It was a wonderful experience to attend the Vietnamese Master Cooking Class with Executive Chef Nathan. The lesson was excellent and the accompanying wines superb.
Thank you Nathan, Gai and Bernard for a marvellous afternoon.
