Visiting the Big UGG Boots made our family smile on a long day's drive. There was a lovely market on the day of our visit - what a bonus! In the complex, you'll find the 'Sheep's Back' wool museum, cafe and of course, the Mortels Sheepskin Factory shop, stocking a wide range of items. Lovely clean facilities, convenient parking and easy access to take a photo with the star of the show, the colourful Big UGG Boots. Worth a stop!

Originally just went for the big edition photo. After reading reviews we learnt that there was a museum. You can leave a gold coin donation. It is about the famous uggs and wool. I think it is the first time I actually read all the billboards. It was so interesting. Won't tell u more. U need to check it out!!

My husband is interested in all things leather so we dropped in for a look here. We didn't buy anything in the shop, there was lots of gorgeous sheepskin products, but all a bit on the expensive side for us. We did the "behind the scenes" tour which takes you right through the ugg-boot making process from start to finish. You also learn about the history of the company, and some of the background story of how it has evolved. We enjoyed it. It was probably a bit "long" for little children. The cafe onsite was excellent.

I have visited the Big Ugg boot twice recently to purchase ugg boots for gifts. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I haven,t personally taken a tour of the factory yet but have friends who found in very interesting. An added bonus is the cafe serving delicious food.

We dropped in for my teenage son to get uggs. So many to choose from and fantastic service in helping to find the right pair and right size. Very happy son.

All Australian made!!!

There is a sheep skin products museum within the complex. It was fantastic!!! Didn’t realised the importance of what Australians did to help the Australian soldiers in War World I keep them warm through making sheep skin jackets. Then we learnt about the Deckers company from USA trying to control the word UGG and all sales of ugg boots. Well done to the Mortels leading the sheep skin industry in fighting them and succeeding in Australian companies allowed to use the word UGG.
