Stayed here an evening watching Croatia beating unfortunately England in the semifinal in the football World Cup. Several options for beers with no queues at bar, you may sit upstairs or downstairs- but best atmosphere and closest to the bar downstairs. Very good location close...More

I stopped off here on my first trip back to Porto in ten years. The first time I visited Ryans was in 1997, the place was hopping and I had a couple of fantastic nights here, again in 2008 it was one of the places...More

Went on a Monday evening so it wasn't exactly bopping. In fact, there were only two patrons. My business partner and myself. The beer was good. as was the darts board... but apart from that, it was a bit flat and lifeless. I'm sure it's...More

Small, shabby pub with poor lighting and no atmosphere. It's only point of interest is probably that it shows the Six Nations matches.

Came in with friends to get a good pint of Guinness and wasn’t disappointed. Thanks Batista. The pub is fairly small but the music is good on a Saturday night and all in all, we had a very good time. Note to the owners: If...More

Came in here for a drink (I like popping in to Irish pubs when abroad,if only for one) and was not impressed. An insanely narrow first section of the pub opens up down the end to a wider part but the overall feeling was claustrophobic. The pub...More
