Preston St is in the riverside suburb of Como. Preston St includes the Cygnet Movie Theatre. The Preston St Artspace has an array of artistic creations, all reasonably priced. Preston St also has some wall art, including an original portrait of iconic Hollywood director, Alfred Hitchcock.

Preston Street Artspace has a variety of artforms which will provide browsers with some interesting moments. The new owner has given the gallery a much-needed jolt of energy and originality. Preston Street Artspace adoins the Cygnet Theatre, a South Perth landmark.Parking is not usually a problem. It is opposite the Preston St shopping centre.

Nidia Hansey exudes enthusiasm for her gifts, her customers, I think for life in general and that comes across from the moment you enter her store in Como. She has an eclectic mix of gifts from local and international artists, including some from her home country of Columbia. I think she chooses them all carefully. Nidia has some lovely jewellery at a range of prices, candles, local jams, selective clothes for young children, art prints and many other pieces that make this shop worth a visit. The purchasing experience also sets Preston Street Artspace apart from most stores. Nidia spends as much time gift wrapping a $6 jar of jam as she does a $60 print and the results are simply beautiful. When you are looking for that special something, give Preston Street Artspace a go and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

I've popped into this place twice in the last few months and been most impressed. Clearly a new owner who is a delight! Some beautiful things on offer and a range of prices. Well laid out and clearly priced.

Good quality local art and craft on display. Check the opening times before setting out - we have passed by many times but the centre has not often been open.

I loved visiting this beautiful shop.
Original local, creative, high quality art and craft that is well priced.
Everything from from cards, jewellery, cushions, visual artwork, glassware, candles, yarn, exquisite ceramics, handmade paper, body creams and lots more!
Best of all friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming service from the dark haired lady with glasses.
I really enjoyed the opportunity I had to visit. Thank you!!!

Very close to the Swan River, and surrounded by very good restaurants and the like. Rooms very clean and adequate for all but the "toffee noses." Although close to major roads, the rooms remain very quiet.
