Hard to believe that so many men travelled from Sydney to Albany in such a small ship (Brig) as this. But then of course it had originally made the journey out from England.

The Amity was built by the local craftsmen of Albany and stands watch over the foreshore of Princess Royal Harbour. It can never be sailed but it a wonderful replica of the original. For a fee you can wander over it.
