This is an excellent Museum - extremely well laid out in a good progression and with a lot of information - in fact there is almost too much information unless you have a good deal of time to spend there. Perhaps a rainy day?

Wow. Automated sheering. This is a must see. Ok....it didn't take off, but $10m for a pair of socks! This is a fun and informative way to spend an hour or so. Well worth a visit.

The staff are cheery, friendly and helpful. The gift store is amazing - full of knitted goods, sauces, chutneys as well as souvenirs and other knick-knacks. The adjoining museum is very interesting!

Very interesting museum, well set out and with lots of exhibits. The site is well maintained and the people who run it are very knowledgeable. Nice little gift shop.

An old style museum, which probably needs updating in their main "overview" gallery, but which has some great exhibits of days gone by, and in particular the shearing and wool industry, and life as it was a hundred plus years ago. Supported by the National...More

Stopped in to get directions and was assisted by a helpful lady who not only gave us directions to the Caves but a bit of a history lesson also. Nice informative museum.
