The water rushes by but the banks are dry and sandy. Plenty of birdlife and safe shallow swimming areas after the weir. Picnic tables and amenities available. Worth a visit.

Nice quiet shady spot on the Katherine river, many birds makes for great bird photography. Toilet facilities, many picnic tables concrete paths makes this spot ideal for family picnics etc.

The waterfalls and running water here are great to watch and the trees would provide shady picnic spots. The walkway has been done up with stone paths and walls to sit on. Well done.
